Lauren made the day a lot of fun. She has some very witty jokes to keep things interesting. It rained pretty much the whole time but it did not detract from the fun. Very professionally run with safety in mind. Turns out my wife is a better shot than me but I am ok with that. Get out there are have a go. You will love it.

How To Get There
The Brisbane Gun Club is situated at 292 Mount Petrie Road, Belmont.
From the south: Travelling on the Gateway Motorway, take Exit 92 Mount Gravatt-Capalaba Rd. Turn right onto Capalaba Rd (under Gateway) and take the first left onto Mount Petrie Road. Brisbane Gun Club is approximately 5klms on the right.
From the north: Travelling on the Gateway Motorway, take Exit 97 Old Cleveland Rd. Follow Old Cleveland Rd until the first opportunity to do a U-turn (Sleeman Sports Complex) and travel back on Old Cleveland Rd, turn left onto Mount Petrie Road. Brisbane Gun Club is approximately 1½klms on the left.
There will be a red flag at the club gate. On entry, turn left and follow the asphalt driveway to the end where there is ample parking.

I went to the Queensland branch for a bucks a few days ago and the entire experience was amazing!!! We had a great instructor helping us all along and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. As a group we went from not being able to hit a single shot to hitting fairly consistently towards the end of the session!!
A few years ago we held our team building event for 50 of our staff at Lilydale and everyone still talks about it today. It’s not every day you get to meet an Olympic Gold Medalist and a Commonwealth Gold Medalist on the same day!!
Great day out. Very professional and safety orientated yet friendly and fun instructors. Everyone felt welcome and were given ample time to get comfortable handling shotguns. Instructors did a great job instructing/correcting individual mistakes toward reaching a better score. Definitely a friendly place to go shooting and have a great time!!
Every one of us had a fantastic time and it didn’t matter that some of us had never held any sort of firearm previously, as we were all able to successfully hit multiple targets under the excellent tutelage of Lauryn & Russell…..and every one of us would happily do it again.
I had so much fun here! The instructors are fantastic and very skilled. They make you feel comfortable and confident. I definitely recommend and will be returning. Thanks guys.
